Terms of service
Booking
A session is confirmed once Steven has agreed a time and a place with you directly, by phone, message or WhatsApp. Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Prices
Prices shown on this site cover travel across Doncaster and the surrounding DN postcodes. Sauna, cold plunge and lymphatic drainage are priced on the setup and the group, so those are quoted before you commit. If you are outside the usual area, Steven will tell you up front whether he can get to you and what it costs.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of the session unless something different has been agreed in advance.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to move or cancel a session, give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can go to someone else. Steven travels to you, so repeated late cancellations may mean he asks for payment up front in future.
What you need to have ready
For a hands-on treatment, a clear bit of floor roughly two metres by three. For sauna and cold plunge, the space, access and water supply agreed with Steven when you book.
Health and suitability
Tell Steven about injuries, conditions, medication or pregnancy before your session so the treatment can be adjusted or, where it is not appropriate, declined. Soft tissue work is not a substitute for medical care. Anything that needs a scan, a diagnosis or a doctor, Steven will say so plainly and point you to the right professional rather than treat past his remit.
Insurance
Steven holds full insurance for his treatments and for the sauna and cold plunge setup.
