Who we are
Stronghold Recovery is a mobile sports massage and recovery service run by Steven Mills, covering Doncaster and the surrounding DN postcodes. If you have any question about this policy or about your information, call or message 07725 080144.
What we collect
If you use the booking form on this site we collect your name, your phone number, the rough location you would like to be treated at, and the answers you give about what you need and what your goal is. If you call, message or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
We do not ask for health information through the website. Anything you share about an injury or condition is taken in person or by phone as part of arranging your treatment.
Why we collect it
Purely so Steven can get back to you, arrange a session and treat you safely. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, treatment records are kept for as long as insurance and professional practice require, and then securely destroyed.
Who else sees it
Booking form submissions are delivered by a third party form service and reach Steven by email. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will still work normally.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or message 07725 080144 and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
