What to expect
Steven brings everything to you. You lie or sit comfortably in your gym kit while he moves each limb slowly to the edge of its range, holds it, then eases off. It should feel like a strong but comfortable stretch, never a sharp pain. He checks in throughout and works to what your body allows on the day.
How it feels afterwards
Most people get up feeling noticeably looser and lighter, with more room in tight hips, shoulders and hamstrings. There are no marks and no real soreness, just freer movement.
Getting the most from it
